I spot-checked some vendors, and found that that price is good at Amazon (mobi) and eBooks.com (PDF, ePub, online). The price on the ebook has not dropped at Google Play or Christianbook at this writing. Ebook.com's* might be DRM-Free, where Amazon's, of a certain, will not be.
For the record Amazon do sell some DRM-free ebooks - look for the esoteric phase "Simultaneous Device Usage: Unlimited".
