If you installed the latest version of Kindle for Mac then you will not be able to access your books. See the thread Dealing with Kindle for PC/Mac 1.19 (and later) and KFX in calibre.

If you need help with DRM removal then you will need to ask at the site where you obtained that plugin. Detailed help with DRM removal cannot be discussed on MobileRead.
