Thanks for the info @knc1 but do not see any KUAL booklet I have filtered search by "ALL" and "DOWNLOADED" to no avail.
I even ran KUAL uninstall file provided in the Snapshots thread and then again tired KUAL update file still same result:twice blank screen flashes and kindle restarts
Edit: Registered the kindle still same result. Should I update it to some customer firmware like 5.10.1 to see results, I am still currently on 5.9.0.6??
