Thank you. I tried that but it didn't work. When I go to the Stars Library with Microsoft Edge it advises me not to go to that website because their certificate is not yet valid or has expired. I clicked to "Go on to the webpage" and it proceeded, but it doesn't appear to give me an option to add an exception like I did with my firefox. However I am not sure if just adding an exception will fix the download issue.
