Please point to where I have said that negative comments, or posts that describe the problems should not be made. Or should I point to where I have explicitly described what a problem was and under what circumstances they occur? Or where I encourage someone to do that so that the rest of us know what the problem is?

But, being negative just for the sake of being negative? That I don't like. Or being negative without backup of why. Your posts add no value. As I said, most of your post are effectively "Kobo is crap, don't buy it". That adds nothing useful to the discussion.

regarding my 100% satisfied/happy or works 100% perfectly let's make this simple i am referring only (TO ANYTHING I BUY BRAND NEW) and obviously that does include ereaders.

if they don't work 100% perfectly which means they have flaws/defects/poor quality control issues then i either take it or send it back regardless of what the item is the point i'm making is a general one it doesn't just apply to ereaders.
And as I said, I have a Kobo Touch. I know how they work. If you are "100% satisfied/happy" with it, then your standards are pretty low.
