Yes, I was getting the pop up. Oh, and another weirdness. I would get the email with the return shipping label. Wrong return address. Call in, they can't issue me another one (that phone call was over 30 minutes alone). So I had to go through the whole trade in process again. Still wrong address.
I give up! I told the final lady I was just going to cancel the order. I talked to 2 different people and typed to another. Still no go. At this point I'll just be happy to keep my Amazon account. I'm sure they don't like complainers!

Oh oh, forgot! The first guy I talked to had no idea what I was talking about in regards to the 25% off on a device trade in. I explained it was on the web site. Never heard of it.
