when speaking of my last experience with ikea this is common. console yourself knowing it could have been much, much worse.
nate, you are right : if i had a car, my experience would have been VASTLY different. and i do actually like ikea's products (most of them, anyway). i just wish it wasn't nearly impossible for me to get any of them.
