I have just done that.
They cannot solve my problem.
They say the second 3 icons are the Amazon Shopping App.

Since I have never installed it I don't know why I have 3 copies of it showing

They don't know either.
I cannot delete the 3 shopping icons ( in content and Devices) without my 3 gadgets of the same names going also.

Have been deregistering and re registering my 3 tablets every day. In the hope the 3 other icons will go.

But now I know the icons are the shopping App.
But I have never installed it anywhere!
