Has anyone seen encountered this issue? Perhaps the TTC file has to be created with specific settings to allow Kindle to find the other bold and italic format in that file.

I don't have Voyage, but my Kindle Oasis 2 on 5.9.6 recognises Noto Serif normally, including bold and italic (all are .ttf files).
