A glass of Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice (FSOJ), and a mug of Peet's Major Dickason's.

A busy day today. I've got two slabs of bacon going into the cure, and 2.5 kg of Hot Italian Sausage that needs to get ground and stuffed into casings today, plus I just made a 1 kg. batch of hot breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean style).
