Pretty much everybody here is providing help out of the goodness of their heart, because they want to give back to the community that they themselves have received help from. If you are dissatisfied with the "quality" of the help that these willing volunteers are providing to you, might I respectfully suggest that
you set an example by providing to others the standard of help that you'd expect to receive yourself, rather than complaining about what other people are freely giving to you?
