Unless they've changed things since the initial launch, they are downloadable through the app; you can then transfer them from the app to PC. They are mp3 files though they don't have ".mp3"; you have to add that to open the files. So there's a bit of annoyance involved. But for freebies--some of which were already on my radar--I don't mind a bit of annoyance.
