I am glad to hear it.
We once had a heater go out. I am guessing the receptionist was planning a party with her co-workers as soon as the big boss left.
I called, she told me it wasn't broke. Hmmm, yeah I know some guys are good at diagnosing over the phone but not that good. I asked for her personal certification number. I got the big boss immediately. He asked me how much longer I would be home. I told him. He asked exactly what did the heater do or not do. Then sent guys over with all the parts they needed. He would have done it himself but he said he needed to shower and change. He would see me in a few hours.
We were all headed to my father's funeral. He was in HVAC his entire adult life.
