That's what I mean. Since comparable e-readers are sold for $120 without ads, where are you 'saving' $20? Could Amazon really not afford to sell Paperwhites without ads for $120?

I wonder, if Amazon sold Paperwhites ad-free for $140 and you had to check a box to add the 'special offers' and drop the price by $20, how many people would do it? How many would complain that the Kindle is overpriced compared to the competition?
