I love DeMille also. I have read and enjoyed all of his books, some more than others. I actually just finished his latest "The Gate House" a few moments ago. It was a decent follow up to "The Gold Coast", I was entertained by it although I felt it seemed a little drawn out and the outcome was slightly predictable but as I said all in all I enjoyed and will continue to read his works.

As a side note to anyone who has read The Gold Coast/The Gate House as well as the Plum Island/The Lions Game/Night Fall/Wildfire. Do Jonh Sutter and John Corey remind you of one another? Seems they have the same sort of humor and wit which is understandable since they were created by the same author. I was almost half expecting and hoping John Corey would make a guest appearance in "The Gate House" as FBI Agent Mancuso was said to be working with the same Terrorist Task Force as John Corey worked with.

Now, what to read next....
