Even on my Voyage (which I haven't used in 6 months since I got the Oasis 1) I had to swipe the unlock screen 3 or 4 times until it actually worked. I assumed that they ALL had to "awaken" but that the Oasis's software finally changed the text on the screen, so as to mollify users who weren't getting any response to their swipe.
I assumed that the other machines had probably changed their software, to say "waking up" too. Not so? My Voyage certainly used to act like it was waking up, in that it never accepted my first few swipes.
