It may be growing pains, but if they can't meet the two day delivery guarantee they need stop advertising that they can.

I just contacted Amazon customer service about the Merlot case not arriving for 2 weeks. I was truly disappointed. They upgraded my shipping to one day and then gave me a $10 gift credit as you said. Thanks for the tip.
