I don't see any "colors" per se, but I do see that more vivid white in some parts of the screen. Here are a few pictures. Bear in mind these images are me holding the Oasis one orientation, and then the other. You can still pretty easily see how the bright area flips. I'm not a huge fan of playing the exchange game again, and I'm going to absolutely assume they're all like this based on another person's impressions I already read here:

For me, who is HYPER sensitive to this sort of thing, the uneven illumination stands out like a sore thumb. It doesn't change tint like previous gen Kindles with the green/red, but it does gets more yellow in parts of the screen which can cause the illusion of tint. Either way, another year that Amazon still can't get it right, which is a shame.

Still, this is absolutely the closest they've gotten.
