No mysterious audio book on my Harlequin Bookshelf either.
The Kindle has an actual name in it. Someone named it Brandie's Kindle and it says the account it's registered to is Brandie Kirk. The send to Kindle email is that name at Kindle.com.
I hooked it up to my computer and was able to get the ebooks off of it saved to the computer and into Calibre. I can open them in Calibre and read them so I assume that means no DRM on them. I should be able to sideload them back onto the Kindle once I get it registered in my name. Now to see if I even have an Amazon account anymore. It's been a good 15 years since I've used it. I assume I need one of those to register a Kindle.
