After turning on the whole-book page numbering option for a week by now, I've discovered that it is a really smart implementation. While
page re-numbering is relatively fast for a new layout setting, it is
instantaneous for previously used layout settings!
A simple idea, and yet there is really no other app that works like that. Very impressive indeed!!!
