That's still better than a company I'm dealing with. I opened a ticket with them about three weeks ago, have bumped it twice to make sure it doesn't auto-close, and still haven't gotten even an automated reply. This is AFTER they canceled a reward redemption and kept the points I'd spent for it.
Next to that, Kobo looks pretty damn good.
