I really like your new
whole-book page numbering implementation.
This implements the real and intuitive page counting scheme as that of a paper book and also of iBooks. And it feels much faster than iBooks and other similar apps, as you don't have to wait for time-consuming page re-numbering to finish before you can read again, whenever you change some layout parameters, including font size and page orientation. Bravo!
