I had to contact them. got routed around and eventually to "retail support"; they added the credit manually.
My mom got no credit either, her support person promised they'd fix it in a few days; when I complained and asked for retail support, they promised to add an extra $5. No sign of either credit when I left, so I'll have to have her check again today.
