Hello Everyone,

I just received my first kindle (KOA) ! I want to upload my Calibre collections and I understand that I need to jailbreak my kindle to do that.

When I received my kindle, the firmware version was 5.8.9. By reading previous posts on this thread, I gathered that :
1) there are currently no jailbreak for 5.8.9
2) there is no way to downgrade my firmware to an older version in order to use this jailbreak (?)
3) so basically, there is no way to jailbreak my device as of now and ultimately no way to transfer my Calibre collections to my Kindle.

Can someone confirm these information ?
