I fixed the bug on my own setup, though, and submitted a bug report with enough detail that hopefully the official release should be fixed soon.
Glad to see a post from you again. And you always have some really high-quality ones. Some of us don't, so we substitute quantity for quality. ha

I keep forgetting about the nice perk from ebooks.com of getting two formats for the price of one. I like to have backups, insurance, or whatever you want to call it of having every ebook in at least two formats. I am pretty well committed to Amazon, but I have a lot of stuff in both ePub and PDF, so maybe not getting the mobi won't be a big issue. And, of course, if I want mobi and another format, I've got to make a purchase of two ebooks, instead of one purchase with ebooks.com.

Since other epub software makes you flip back and forth between the verses and the notes, it's sometimes hard to read them effectively. If you want to try it out, go to Preferences->Behavior. Under "use internal viewer for:" check the box for EPUB.
Thanks for the heads up. Competitive pressures being what they are, I wouldn't be surprised if Adobe didn't add that feature in one of its upcoming upgrades. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
