Because 5.4.3.2 is an earlier firmware version than 5.4.4.2
It will do no harm if the jailbreak is already installed, and it has been updated to include the same "Survival Code" as the current jail break "HotFix".

Once you have done that, and of course received the confirmation described in that post, you are ready to upgrade to a customer firmware version.

Do not expect any of the customer features or any of are add-ins to work on the factory firmware you now have installed.
(At least what you have installed if I can believe what you are posting.)
