It didn't say anything! I copy it to the Kindle root directory and the "Update Kindle" is always disabled. I connect it to my notebook and the file just disapear.
Does the table list support for your model in the right hand column?
If not, it will not work.
If you are running 5.8.8, it will not work.
If your model is not listed in the table at all, it will not work.
