Should be in the settings pages between "Reading settings" and "Manage downloads". If it's not showing up (and you're on a current firmware, post what you're on to check) you want to check what affiliate your device is set to. In the .kobo directory on your device (if it's not showing, your computer is set to not show hidden directories), look for the ""Affiliate.conf" file and see what you're set for in there (there will only be one entry in it). If you purchased in the UK it should be set to a usable one, but if it was off the internet it may be set to an affiliate in a country without Overdrive on device available. You could change it to Kobo and see if that fixes it (make sure you use an editor like Notepad++ to make the change)
