- copy KoboRoot.tgz into .kobo; safely eject; disable usb
- handle update > install update
- start nickel
- connect to pc and disconnect (in order to read the new restart_nickel.png into the database)
- open restart_nickel.png; close it; visit it in the library; add it to a collection if you like
- exit nickel
- select "user scripts" > "start nickel for restart.sh"
- open restart_nickel.png in order to restart nickel
If this does what you want, we have to adjust some other scripts of KSM to make it safe. Until then please
open restart_nickel.png in nickel ONLY, if you started nickel by "user scripts" > "start nickel for restart.sh" (apart from the first time, when you install the test package). Otherwise you might get into troubles.
