Hover over the column title, and you will see a 'lookup name' and see that it starts with a #, which means CUSTOM Column

Somewhere, there is a script/search that you setup/ran that populated that column

I would create a new column thus:

Name:	1.jpg

Size:	40.7 KB
ID:	155546

Assuming it's OK, delete the existing 'formats' column, and rename the new one as required.

The approximate_formats() template function reflects the formats whose existence is recorded in the database, before that function was added (quite some time back) displaying formats in the book list was cumbersome.

Might be worth running the Library maintenance->Check library function, the 3rd pass will report on discrepancies between what format files the database has recorded and what format files actually exist.
