That said, if I just want to read something quick I don't log on. And I noticed recently that the ads were getting rather intrusive - tacky videos etc.

I don't mind static ads - sometimes they are even useful, but when they animate then it's 'Good Night, Nurse!', I reach for my blocker.

So MR is no longer excluded from my blocker (uBlock)
