Sure!

Go to the Goodreads website (not the app) and click "My Books" at the top. On that page, you'll see a list of your shelves on the left sidebar, ending with the "select multiple" link, an "add shelf" button, and an "owned books" link. The first thing I did was define a new shelf, because I wanted all of these purchases in one place in case something odd came up - which I'm glad I did, because this technique doesn't fill in any "I own a copy, bought from Amazon on date X" data, something I view as a serious oversight.

Anyway, under that "owned books" link is a "Tools" section. The first link there is "recommendations," but next is "add Amazon book purchases" - so click that.

As this is your first time using the feature, it'll ask you to log into Amazon, for obvious reasons. Once you do, it'll bring you to a screen where it displays the GR covers of your most recent purchases that aren't in GR, five books to a row, but with horizontal lines separating days. Under each cover is the usual dropdown menu that you see elsewhere on the site, where you can add the book to your library on whatever shelves are appropriate. Under THAT, though, is a "Do not add" link - if you click that, it replaces the cover/dropdown with a message confirming that GR won't add that book to your collection. So go through and add what you want to add.

Underneath those rows is a "load more books" button, with a "return to My Books" off to the left under it. I started hitting some serious lag after hitting "load more" a few times, so I'm going to recommend clicking the return link and re-entering the tool after about every four batches. (That's still 100 at a time!)

Only to a very limited degree. The incoming data is newest-first, but you can add the displayed books in whatever sequence you see fit. Nothing says you have to go left-to-right, top-to-bottom. That said, since you can sort your shelves by clicking on the column headers, it really doesn't matter much...
