Very embarrassingly, I just passed along my T2 to a nephew who's computerless, so he could borrow from OverDrive. If the T2 also is broke (does anyone know?), I'll get him a Paperwhite and he can borrow books on his phone. But at least now I know to ask.
The NC library started working again tonight on my T1, so hopefully if your nephew isn't able to access via the T2 now it will be working again soon.
