You're both correct actually. Blossom is correct in that if you avoid no or very low feedback sellers, you less likely to end up scammed in the first place. You're correct that Amazon will refund you in those cases.
It's still best to avoid the sellers that are most likely to be scammers in the first place though, as it saves you being out of your money for a while.
