Yeah, or check that big bunch of stuff that walmart sells AFTER Christmas. I already have a slow cooker AND a pressure cooker AND a rice maker...so I'm watching them to see if getting one could replace those three things. Except at least two of the dishes I make frequently (curry and chili) require a slow cooker AND a rice maker at the same time...erk!

Walmart carries them and I think Target also has them. $55 to $57 is the lowest I've seen. Four quarts is good for two people (That's my current pressure cooker size). Fine for potatoes, but can be a tiny bit on the small size if I need to make giant batch of pinto beans for burritos (to refry).
