As a book for hire, which all of AmazonCrossing's most likely are (the find and commission the translations), listing them as "by" is appropriate. Using "from", of course, works in both cases ... and I doubt any of us were confused when AmazonCrossing is listed as "the translator". Unless, perhaps, you thought that was the name of the giant AI Amazon uses for publishing?
