Thanks for the link to the ebook. I just commented in another thread (where the *wrong* "Black Ice" was for free) that I had gotten THIS "Black Ice" free with my first kindle. But it's no longer in my amazon account.

I've been meaning to go buy it again, but haven't bother to look for it. Now I'll do so!

(Yeah, I know it's not a particular sale. But I wanted to read it again.)
