Ummm... no. The English numbers are

ten
eleven
twelve
thirteen
fourteen
fifteen
sixteen
seventeen
eighteen
nineteen

You might have a non-English word for those from 10 to 19 inclusive, but in English a teenager must be 13 to 19 inclusive.
