I didn't post about using the steering wheel, but I often do eat lunch sitting in my parked car so as to have some peace and quiet, and I put the reader on the steering wheel.

I'm right handed and feel more comfortable holding the reader with my right hand. The location of the page turn buttons on my Sony T1 doesn't work for me left-handed.
