My most problems stem from the author portraying being five foot as severely handicap. As one of the vertical challenge I was really annoyed at all the little and short comments. The author made Lucy sound as tiny as a little kid. It seemed all others treated her as a little person. There was also some fat shaming going on.

I will avoid that book. I know a woman that is 3 foot tall. Oh and my aunt is 5 foot. My mom is 5 foot 2. So no short jokes from me.
Can't do tall jokes either. My dad was 6'5. I have a female cousin that is 6'2 and a male cousin that is 6'9. My son is just a giant. He got my family's height and his dad's weight. He is all muscle. He is either 6'4 or 6'5.
