So next idea would be a 2nd Dot in the living room
one cabled to the stereo and the other one not. My kitchen is off the living room so the 2nd Dot could go at that end. Once I have the Dot, I'll cable it to the stereo and move my Echo from the bedroom to see what happens with both units in the same room...
