I managed to finish Lords and Ladies at the end of August and then nothing until this week.

This week I have managed to read an amateur radio study guide (going for my technician license), a short article by The Passive Guy on publishing contracts (I don't write but for some reason I am hooked on following indie writing news), and then Moon over Soho book 2 of the Peter Grant/Rivers of London series by Ben Aaronovitch which was excellent. If you haven't started the Peter Grant/Rivers of London series and like police procedurals, mysteries, or urban fantasy I highly recommend it. The first book is nominated for October's book club as well if you need some incentive to try it.

Unless I have a record week next week this will be the lowest page count for a month that I have had since I started keeping track.

Next up: Fablehaven by Brandon Mull. He guest lectured for Brandon Sanderson's writing class and I want to try this out. I also have Whispers Under Ground, book 3 of the Peter Grant series, reserved at my library.
