Is possible to access to files of the firmware integrated in the device?
So for example I can reset with a firmware more recent
I did that with an Kobo Glo which has a removable internal uSD card. With a device that does not have that removable storage, I would not recommend the procedure -- I restored the image of my Glo 3 times before I finally got the factory reset to a newer firmware to work. It didn't make much difference since the first thing I do after a factory reset is to upgrade the firmware but it was well within my definition of fun.
