I've had a Gecko cover for my KPW1, but I send it back because of this; when holding the reader with my right hand, it tended to slowly move a bit to the left, and then sit slanted in the cover. The cover I now have looks a lot like the ones from Gecko, but after you slide the reader into it, you put a flap over it on the left, and stick it under the reader. There it's fastened with velcro.
I'd have loved it if they'd have made it the same as the one for the H2O. It has a rigid back in which you "click" the reader. No chance at all for it to slip.

I will still get the one for the One though. It has house arrest as long as it doesn't have a cover
