I just caught you! You say it is dangerous, but you would have to have seen an episode or two to know about the periscope and coffee pot listening device . . . .
Actually, I don't worry about comedy so much as I do about drama. Drama can look like reenactments, where comedy is usually so outlandish (the Hogan's Heroes things that you mentioned are examples) that people know not to believe that it is real and they will take everything that they see with a grain of salt.
