You must add the PeriodicAutoSync=false command line at the Kobo eReader.conf
 file.
Plug the Aura One on you computer, find the file Kobo eReader.conf in Kobo location file (.kobo/Kobo), open this file with a text editor and place the PeriodicAutoSync=false command anywhere (you can place this on the bottom of all commands)
Save the file and reboot your device.
