I can't say for certain that Chapers will ship a Kobo to Australia but their FAQ on international shipping does state:

Perhaps as a test, you could try creating an account, adding a current model Kobo to your cart and starting the check out process. If it lets you choose to ship that to Australia, there's a reasonable chance that you'll be able to ship an Aura One as well.
