Good luck with CS. I had the worst ever CS call to Amazon today concerning a Fire HD 6 I just received. The woman was in India, had a thick accent, and neither of us could understand each other very well. Plus she was totally clueless about my issue. I asked her to transfer me to someone else several times, but she totally ignored me. I even hung up and started another CS attempt, but I got the same person on the call again. I was pissed, and she no doubt learned a few new American curse words. I finally got the issue resolved by doing a lot of internet searching. It was the most aggravating CS call I've ever been on, and the least useful too.
