I received a e-mail from B&N telling me to expect a gift card balance in my account soon, not when. I don't go to B&N anymore or use the web. site. I just charged up an old Nook color, I hadn't used it in a couple years. The battery was dead of course, so I let it charge all day. When I turned it on, I went to gift card balance directly from the Nook. I saw a balance of $81.89 instantly. If you have a nook that's a quick way to see if your refund is in your account. No web site or e-mail to look, just use a nook. If you still have one.
