If it was only one... there are several. I refuse to believe that half of the company or so has ADHD. I, and others, have tried hinting, asking, or blatantly ordering people to behave more normally. It doesn't work. A loud sneeze? OK. Yawning like a fracking moose, so that it sounds like AAooooAAAOEOEEEeeeaaaaWAAAA!!!, and can be heard three offices over? Why add a shout to a yawn? That's just ridiculous.

These people know. They have been asked to behave more normally on several occasions. One of them just does it on purpose. I'm 100% sure of that.
